Juanita Mathes

Juanita grew up as a multi-sport athlete excelling and advancing quickly in each pursuit. She believes all athletes benefit mentally and physically when they are involved in a variety of activities to offset the higher incidents of injury from  overuse and burnout and find long term success as an elite level athlete.  

Juanita began her Coaching career in 1999 and has continued to share her love of sports in a variety of Coaching positions ever since. Juanita is a Certified Level 3 Performance in Training Volleyball Coach. She is an active Level 3 Regional Volleyball Canada Referee and Mentor. Her most recent accomplishment is Co- Coaching last years U13 team ranking 5th in Alberta South and 10th Provincially out of 72 teams to continue our Division 1 standing.
